Chili Piper is built for sales teams that get demo requests through a website form. When a visitor submits the form, Chili Piper checks the answers against your routing rules, picks the right rep and shows the visitor that rep's calendar on the spot, so the meeting is booked before they leave the page.

Rules can use company size, region, product interest or ownership data from the CRM, so existing customers reach their account manager and new leads go to a round-robin pool. It also handles meeting handoffs between reps and scheduling from inside email.

It connects to Google and Microsoft calendars and to CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot. It is aimed at companies with an inbound sales team, so smaller teams may find a booking-link tool with routing forms is enough.
