Motion puts your tasks, projects and meetings in one place and lets its AI decide when to do each task. You add tasks with a duration, a deadline and a priority, and Motion places them in the free gaps of your calendar. When something runs late or a new meeting appears, it rebuilds the plan.
Teams can use it for projects, so a manager sees who is working on what and when tasks are likely to finish. It also has booking links and meeting scheduling, so it can replace a separate scheduling tool for some people.
It connects to Google and Microsoft calendars and has web, desktop and mobile apps. There is a free trial rather than a free plan, so give it a real test week with your own workload before you commit.
